It was nice to be able to stay with last‑minute notice; walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and management were extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The shower lacked pressure and had minimal flow, but it was better than not having one; I think the water pressure is more than a motel issue.

The location and price were good, but the communication with the property was lacking and the walls were noisy; the room was small. It would be safer if the stairs to the rooms had railings to help people up and down.

The reception was very friendly and smiling. Nothing to mention otherwise.

The service was great even though I don’t speak English; the staff made an effort to communicate. The room was tidy and clean, and I liked that it was close to the 401 for easy access to the highway. The air‑conditioner didn’t start when we arrived, so the room was hot.
