Hotel y Cabañas Patagonia Green

“Perfecto para descansar, cómodo y las instalaciones cuenta con todo lo necesario para ello.”

What we liked most was the quietness of the place, followed by its central location. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that a bike was advertised on the website but was not available at the hotel, otherwise everything was excellent.

“Genial.”

I went to Patagonia Green on a friend's recommendation and it was worth it. The location in Puerto Aysén, where I do my work, is great, and everything about the stay—service, comfort, amenities—was excellent. The room was a luxury: spacious, consistent, and comfortable for an icy day. The price‑to‑quality ratio is far above average, and for the right reason. I hope to try the breakfast next time, which people say is very good. The only downside was the lighting at the entrance; even though the city is very safe, a bit more illumination from the street would be appreciated.

“Muy bello, espero volver.”

The hotel offered beautiful views and they were easy to get when we requested an extra. The shower water wasn’t cold, but it wasn’t warm enough for what we’re used to, and we had to wait for it to heat up.

The location is quiet and the breakfast is fine. The rooms feel quite dated.

“Decepcionante, estuvimos ahí, unos años atrás, por eso regresamos esta vez, pero fue un fiasco”

The place was cold, dark, and no one was on duty except the front desk guy who knew little about the lodge. When I booked, I was told breakfast was included, but it wasn’t provided; instead we were given boxed lunches and a kettle to heat our own water, which is unacceptable. If the lodge isn’t properly staffed, it should be closed; the place is poorly maintained.
