“Great location, the place is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly and helpful”
The spot is in a prime area, the building looks gorgeous, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The valet can get a bit backed up and slow at times, which isn’t a major issue but you might wait longer than usual; just call ahead before you need your car and you’ll be fine.
The staff were very friendly and the room was nice.
“Great room in NOLA center”
The room is great and modern, we loved the radio station inside, and Max at the front desk was super nice and friendly—thanks to him! Our room didn’t have any windows.
The hotel sits right in the middle of everything. The front desk didn’t give clear instructions, especially about having to use a key card to access the building.
“I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and comfortable.”
The place feels intimate, not too crowded or loud. There were no extra amenities.
