“Było ok miałam większe oczekiwania co do hotelu .”
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was okay. I didn’t like that the air conditioning was turned off at night every day; the problem was reported but not fixed. The TV didn’t work and there were terrible stains on the walls. The biggest issue was that we had to pay an extra 10 € for towels and flip‑flops. The pool water was below 20 °C, the steam sauna and the regular sauna both lacked proper temperature.
“Sopravvivenza”
The place was clean and well positioned. The TV was broken, and we told reception about it, but nothing was done. At 2 a.m. we had to go to reception to turn on the air conditioning (set to 23). We can’t figure out why the room didn’t have a remote (luckily there was a comforter).
“Not Pleasant”
Nothing. When will got to the hotel, the receptionist that attend to us said there is no more room available that we have to go to their sister company across to road and we have to walk back to the Eurostar to have our breakfast and dinner. After some minutes we insist and change if for them that we pay for Eurostar few months bsck so we are staying her and we realized other people are checking into the hotel but it’s only me and my friend that were told we have to go to other hotel. We told them this is pure racist. Breakfast at the hotel is so poor. No Cup of Tea. We were told the machine is not working. The food doesn’t worth it at all. Dinner doesn’t have different options. Throughout our stay dinner has been just one type of food. They don’t give room for options Their are just big on building After complaining to the restaurant staff all he could say if u have any complain go down to the office. No remorse. I wont recommend them
They don’t provide irons, so you have to pay extra to get your clothes ironed, and the AC was broken.
