The hotel’s structure, comfort, beauty, and staff were great, but the sheer number of cats in the common areas—front desk, sofas, hallways, dining spots—felt bizarre and unhygienic.

It was my third visit and the service was always friendly, the décor pleasant and the breakfast delicious. The canal view was gorgeous and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Nothing to complain about – everything was great.
