The luggage storage service was good. The room was icy, the mattress was soft, the pillow was too hard, and it was noisy.

В комнате были арабы которые вели себя очень шумно,невозможно было спать,окно не закрывалось,я прилетел и так простывший,а ночью еще и дождь с ливнем,также в комнате была какая то живность ,не знаю ,клопы это или что

The building map was so confusing and inaccessible, the staff weren’t nice, the breakfast was so basic

The establishment was very clean and the bedding very comfortable, the bathroom in each dormitory is a real plus. Breakfast was very decent, not a lot of choices but good quality. The bunk beds in the dorms lack at least a small shelf to put a few items. The plug for my bed didn't work well. The lockers in the rooms are very small.
