“Mancanza di assistenza e comunicazione con la struttura poco chiara”

The property’s quiet location, away from chaos and any noise, is a plus, and the beds were comfortable. Reading the positive reviews, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness, which left a lot to be desired. During my stay I also encountered a lack of hot water; I requested immediate assistance from the staff and never received a response until after I filed a complaint at the end of my stay. The hotel gave me contradictory explanations about how assistance works, initially saying they don’t respond outside reception hours, then claiming their phone number is active 24 hours a day, but WITHOUT SPECIFYING HOW TO CONTACT THEM. Moreover, I couldn’t find clear information on contact hours or the limited availability of assistance on the booking page or their official website, as they claim. I must note that the water resumed the next day, not shortly after, as the hotel had said. The evening/night of my assistance request I was left without hot water and with total indifference from the hotel itself.

“NEL VERDE DI IBIZA”

The room was simple, clean, with a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a super green, quiet island view! The room had everything, and the hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting all of Ibiza easily if you have a private vehicle. I recommend it because below the rooms there’s a great bar‑restaurant and parking. The only flaw was the poor soundproofing; in the morning we were often woken by voices from the corridor, which could be really annoying, especially for those who want to rest a bit longer.

“Muy recomendable”

The room had everything needed, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was tasty at a good price. The noise from cars on the highway at night is annoying, but with the door closed it’s hardly audible.

There is no soundproofing in the building, so you might hear noises from other rooms in the middle of the night, which was really disturbing and made it hard to sleep. If you’re sensitive to any noise while falling asleep, make sure you have earplugs.

The area is quiet, the location is good, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is very good and cheap.
