I was shocked to discover counterfeit cash in my bathroom after a day out; the staff handled it poorly, forcing me to talk to several people before they finally swapped my room. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend booking there.

The bathroom smelled of mould from the moment I entered, and the linen was old and torn. They never cleaned the room during my six‑night stay, only bringing fresh towels and emptying the bin each day. The windows wouldn’t close, so I could hear outside noise all night. When I paid for an extra night to check out late, the old man at reception shouted at me and insisted I leave at 12:00, even though I had paid. I felt harassed as a woman of color. Food isn’t allowed in the rooms, and the restaurant only opens for breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

The location and rooms were great, but the swimming pool was not working.

Muy céntrico al lado de la plaza Taksim y el barrio Pera. El personal Ozcan es amable. Posibilidad de transfer al aeropuerto. Tuvimos vistas increíbles de Estambul desde nuestra habitación. Podría mejorar la calidad del desayuno
