We had an outstanding stay. The Casita, its private plunge pool, and the whole concept were unique and perfectly suited to the Colca Canyon setting. We enjoyed the baby alpacas roaming the property at certain times, and a staff member even set up a fireplace for us at night, adding to the experience. Nothing to note.

A magical spot in the Colca Canyon, the rooms are gorgeous—mini‑villas with huge bathrooms and a private pool in the patio. The restaurant is superb, breakfast is fabulous, and the atmosphere is cozy; you’ll relax a lot. There are animals roaming the park, some of which spit (be careful). There’s no gym at all—imagine that for a Belmond costing over a thousand euros a night. They should build a fully equipped, high‑level gym and improve activities to do during the stay; after two nights there’s nothing left to do.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were attentive, but the house bathrooms weren’t heated and it got very cold at night. The outdoor pool needed more attention – we found plastic floating in the water when we went for a dip. Walking from house 15 where we stayed to the café and dinner took a reasonable amount of time and was hard because of the altitude, and the driver I booked for the next morning confirmed the reservation but never showed up.

Everything was flawless, from the room to the staff’s service and the meticulous care put into every detail – the hotel truly charms, and the food was delicious, leaving me with nothing at all to complain about.

This place is a gem, tucked away in a stunning location that's perfect for nature lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like a real treat. The on-site restaurant served up delicious meals, and we loved the peace and quiet of the surroundings. We spent our days exploring the nearby canyon and towns, and our evenings relaxing in the hotel's tranquil atmosphere.
