The place was well equipped, in the city centre, and the reception was friendly, yet the room was too small and the shower was inside the room.

They cancelled my booking without any communication, took my money, confirmed the booking, and when I called for check‑in instructions they said it was cancelled; I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere and still haven’t gotten my money back—unbelievable.
