The location, cleanliness, and access to the accommodation are good. The tram noise above the street is annoying because the apartment is on the lower floor (but we knew this when we booked, as others had mentioned it).

Very central location. All the amenities provided were perfect for the stay. Clean and upmarket room. Very enjoyable with responsive hosts. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch. It was a bit nosy as it’s close to the street, but this didn’t bother us too much. An eye mask is provided if it’s too light for you.

The hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the city centre, the tram line, and local shops. However, between 1‑5 am the tram noise is intense, so if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue; otherwise everything else works well.
