Nice breakfast choices. Tried to book a massage. Front desk staff told me to go to floor 8 to book. On arrival no one at the desk. I waited 15 min. Phone rang at the desk 3 times. I then rang from my room. No answer. Abandoned the idea

The staff were lovely and used a translated app to help us communicate. The hotel’s advertising was misleading—there is no operating bar, no dinner service unless you want to eat between 9:30 pm and 11 pm, and there is no shuttle to the airport. They agreed to provide these services when we asked, but on the early‑morning departure day none of it happened, leaving us to arrange transport at the last minute. The hotel is also far from Guangzhou’s main area, with no nearby western‑style food or drinks, though we managed to order online delivery.

This place is a hidden gem, its design is unique and the views are stunning. The pool is relaxing, the sand therapy is distinctive, and the SPA is immersive, providing deep healing and total relaxation. I highly recommend it.
