“Worst Experience stay”

Nothing good to say. The receptionist was arrogant and gave me a bad room without changing the cushion covers or bedsheets, which were oily and had food spots; the washrooms were unhygienic.

Nothing was good; the sheets were dirty with blood stains on the pillow covers, the towels weren't clean either, the bathroom was filthy, they didn't give any drinking water, and the doors lacked proper locks from the inside.

“Very bad stay”

The experience was awful; the rooms were terrible, the toilets were bad, there were too many mosquitoes, and the linens were awful.

“Not good at all”

The staff, especially the senior receptionists, were friendly and helpful, but the biggest issue was that this is an OYO property, so cancellations and refunds are handled through OYO and you’re left with no recourse; cleanliness was also a problem—bed‑sheets and towels were dirty even after being changed, as if they just folded old sheets; the faucet didn’t supply water in the room, and mosquitoes were a major nuisance, so bring your own repellent or buy one if you want to sleep peacefully.
