We had a wonderful hidden stay in a residential area; walking to the back of the house revealed a lovely pool, a communal kitchen, and trees with birds everywhere. The large room had a great bathroom, a big TV, and we loved it. The washer and dryer were my favorite because I left with clean clothes. Carrying my suitcase to the back made me realize I should pack lighter, but otherwise there were no complaints and it was a great stay.

Thank you for the welcome and good advice. It was our first stay, and it let us visit Panama City while staying calm and enjoying the pool.

The lodge is great, Konrad is an excellent host who takes care of everything you ask. The property is well maintained, the pool is superb, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Drink prices are also very good. It is highly recommended for relaxation and recovery. The location isn’t the best (touristically speaking), there’s nothing interesting within walking distance, but Uber or taxis are available.

The Coconut Lodge is an absolute gem, and Panama City is definitely worth spending a few extra days exploring - there's just so much to discover. Our host Konrad was outstanding, always smiling and checking in to see if we needed anything. I felt more than welcome and will definitely be back. The kitchen was also very well-equipped, with a washing machine and dryer in excellent condition. To be honest, I couldn't think of a single thing to complain about.

Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The lodge itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool, a shared kitchen, and a garden full of greenery. We had a spacious room with a great shower and functioning air conditioning. The Coconut Lodge is the perfect place to unwind, and its peaceful surroundings are a bonus. One thing to note is that you'll need a rental car to get around, but we were able to use one during our stay.
