“Nettes Hotel, praktische Lage”

The breakfast was good with a partly changing selection. The apartment was very large and spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was nice. There was always enough water in the fridge. Questions or difficulties were answered quickly and help was provided. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A cash deposit was required on site, which was returned without problems at the end. The hotel is a short walk to the subway/public transport and to several very good restaurants (a lot of choices in the area). A large shopping street is also not far away. The major drawback was the Wi‑Fi, which did not work well and was often very slow with constant outages. This was inconvenient when buying online tickets or checking in from a return flight, as well as for communication via WhatsApp. Both the hotel and pre‑booked taxi drivers use it for communication. The windows were not fully sealed, so street noise was audible; it was not a big issue for me, but for friends who need a lighter sleep it was not ideal, though earplugs solved it.

“Hier möchten wir gerne noch länger bleiben.”

In this Garlon Residence, we met the friendliest employees during our two‑month stay. Especially the “specialist” who guided me through the maze of the underground parking. It’s a pity I can’t mention his name right now. The apartment’s facilities matched the excellent staff! Everything else was fine.

Honestly, it’s a professional establishment with qualified staff (available, smiling, and friendly). I want to thank Hamza and Soumaya especially for their kindness, availability, and smiles. The apartment is so clean and comfortable. The residence is secure and clean. Not to mention the restaurant staff who are also very friendly. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM. Just a tiny detail about the person who received me on the first day—he was a bit firm and less friendly than the others, but he is very helpful. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Everything was wonderful, from reception to stay to farewell. The location is very distinguished, accommodations are beyond description, cleanliness is fantastic, very safe, and everything you need is nearby—shops, restaurants, steps to Taksim and Istiklal Street. Thanks to everyone for the great service, especially Sümeyye, Hamza, and Ahmet. Wishing everyone success.
