The view was very good. The staff were super friendly. The pool was nice. Next time I’ll book a larger room, especially one with a balcony or a view of the lake.

The Isola Verde hotel in Nago‑Torbole is a real recommendation for anyone who wants relaxation and doesn’t want to leave their dog at home. The rooms and the facilities are perfectly adequate and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay. The absolute highlight of the room is the balcony: the view from there is simply a dream! In addition, the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. The hotel is also a paradise for dogs. Our dog felt completely at ease – especially the private olive grove, which can be used as a dog park, is a huge plus. For families and those seeking relaxation, there are also great play corners, a nice pool, and a soothing whirlpool. The whole ambience immediately invites you to slow down. Service is modern and straightforward: room service works wonderfully, and the WhatsApp service makes communication with the team super easy. In the evening you can enjoy tasty, homemade pizza and end the day at the great bar – always accompanied by that fantastic view. The journey involves fairly narrow mountain roads, which can be a bit troublesome in heavy traffic or congestion. We were unlucky because there was an accident and the only access road was completely closed for several hours. Once you reach the top, however, you are immediately compensated for the trouble of the journey.

The only bright spot was the stunning view, but the room itself was terrible. The room was completely sound‑proof; from the window you could see a wall just 1 meter away. The bathroom was as tiny as the room. The pillows were hard. The swimming pool was not inviting at all and seemed unused for a long time. A short getaway with friends turned out to be a disappointment. The only highlight was the friendliness at reception.
