“Extremely Poor Stay – Serious Hygiene and Maintenance Issues”
The overall condition of the property was very poor and not at all worthy of the hotel. I experienced several serious issues during my stay, including bed bugs, small cockroaches, no hot water, an AC that was not working properly, and very poor water quality. Due to the bed bugs, I was unable to sleep on the bed and had to sleep on the floor. I informed the hotel staff about these issues, but their response was simply that the hotel is planning renovation work in the future. This is not an acceptable response to the problems faced by a guest during the current stay. The room and basic facilities should be maintained properly regardless of any future renovation plans. Based on my experience, the property requires significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, and basic guest facilities. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing
