I was initially taken aback when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that the booking I made through a third-party website wasn't actually associated with them. However, the owner's kindness and helpfulness quickly put me at ease, and they kindly directed me to a quieter area of the city where I could find a more peaceful stay. The experience was a bit confusing at first, but the owner's hospitality made up for it.
