“Ideal para descansar”

Peace and tranquility, an ideal spot to rest, good value for money, the on‑site dining option is excellent, and the spa service was also very good. The breakfast fell short of expectations; the accommodation was full and the staff were few, so there was no timely replenishment. There was no TV service or mobile network. The walk to the accommodation is about 4 km of gravel; I think they could give that info to visitors.

The accommodation was super quiet, the staff were super kind, Mrs Barbara was lovely and made us feel at home, my Rafael loved it, everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I’ve already booked for next year. No negatives.

“Grande desilusão”

I booked two nights for 236 € with breakfast, hoping for the 9.2 rating and the promise of a quiet, well‑cared‑for space with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Wi‑Fi, TV, toiletries and local breakfast items. The drive to the property was a rough 4 km of gravel in poor condition. Upon arrival we were told there was no TV, some services were limited, and the sauna would only be free on one day. Pool towels cost an extra 20 €. The room was unclean, with spider webs even behind the fridge, and the bathroom held a broken container with a little diluted shower gel. The pool was dirty at the bottom and had several dead bees, and the jacuzzi was also unclean. The windows were filthy, water had pooled by the tub, and outdoor areas showed clear signs of neglect—splintered wood and worn furniture. Breakfast was a major let‑down; by about 10 am the spread was nearly gone, no fruit, and we had to beg for eggs; the next morning it happened again. We had no internet for part of the stay and later ran out of water. Checkout took about an hour because the computer crashed while several guests waited, and the bill couldn’t be printed then; the only thing that mattered was whether we could get a coffee in the room. A disappointment.

“Ótima”

The accommodation was very clean, the bed and towels smelled great, the location was very quiet—perfect for unplugging from everyday life, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
