Cleanliness, friendly staff, a generous breakfast, and public transport “at your doorstep” were all great. The street traffic in front of the room and the bright advertisement on the opposite side of the road were a bit noisy.

The breakfasts were excellent and varied, and the reception staff were very accommodating because it was a weekend and street parking was free; we could also park in the hotel’s underground garage for free. The reception team were very kind, the location was great, and the rooms were very spacious with wide, comfortable beds.

The location was good and the room was lovely. In the shower I found it almost empty and lacking a shower head, body lotion, and vanity kit that I’d expect in such hotels. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, so it wasn’t even possible to step onto the floor.
