Air‑conditioned rooms feature private bathrooms, balconies, minibars and work desks, with free Wi‑Fi in public areas and onsite parking. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast of Italian specialties, and the property lies a 12‑minute walk from Spiaggia di Levante.

The property was comfortable and functional, fully equipped, and the family running it were very welcoming and ready to help with any need; the breakfast featured homemade local products served outdoors with a nice view, and we’d gladly return for a few days of pure relaxation. The only downside was a slight inconvenience—not the owners’ fault—caused by the somewhat awkward road to get there.

The welcome was wonderful, Antonio was extremely kind, greeting us with fresh fruit—a real delight—and his smile was infectious. He arranged a restaurant for us because speaking Italian was difficult, always helpful and cheerful. The property itself felt magical, warm, and well organized, with excellent upkeep. The rooms were spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and fully equipped. The place was perfect for contemplation, at least by my standards; I admired the sea view in a fascinating way, all within a peaceful haven surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees, and carob trees. Breakfast was exceptional with homemade goods. We met Antonio’s parents, Filomena and Giuseppe, who were wonderful, authentic, and shared their knowledge and culture about Italy. The on‑site parking was appreciated. I conclude by saying I never wanted to leave this peaceful haven.

I stayed twice, in July and August 2026, and it was a fantastic experience. The large, welcoming, well‑organized, and well‑maintained property had spacious, bright, spotless rooms with all comforts, including Wi‑Fi. The location was charming; I could watch the sun rise over the sea in a fascinating way. Breakfast was outstanding with homemade items and some unconventional ones (friselle and scamorze) that everyone loved. Antonio and his parents’ hospitality was fantastic, exceeding any expectation; my relatives and I felt like family, pampered and supported for every need. The on‑site parking was a key feature that helped give the property a top rating. I finish by noting that in a few hot days we chose to stay inside the property, which says a lot about how welcoming it is.
