It felt like winning the tri‑fector: the location is close to the beach and a host of restaurants, the accommodation is clean, neat, and has everything you could need, and the breakfast offers everything you could ask for.

We only stayed briefly because of a late arrival and early departure, but everything went smoothly; Jackie was very friendly and helpful and even reserved a table for us in the restaurant, so we would book the B&B again.

We spent two nights at Beachwalk Bed and Breakfast and felt right at home thanks to the welcoming hosts. Traveling far with my 9‑year‑old can be exhausting, so the rabbits and dogs were a welcome distraction and a hit with the kid. The animals kept him entertained and he loved them. The hosts shared useful local tips and the breakfast was lovely, a great way to start the day. A warm, friendly spot that kicked off our South African road trip nicely.
