Everyone on staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities and rooms were very clean.

You get what you pay for, I guess. The whole place smelled of smoke and felt more like a hostel.

Todo viejo y mal conservado. LO PEOR: El personal. A partir de las 07.00 de la mañana, en domingo y días festivos, todo el personal comenzaba a hacer ruidos y estruendos. Las limpiadoras gritando en los pasillos, dando golpes, arrastrando muebles, recepcionistas/camareros igualmente a voces, silbando sin parar por los pasillo (a las 07.30!!). Gritaban tanto que salí al pasillo para pedirles que dejaran de hacer tantísimo ruido que, a pesar de levantar la voz a ver si por fin me escuchaban, nada, no me escucharon y siguieron
