The view was very nice and the main room was clean, comfy and cozy! I was also happy that I could store my food in the fridge and then heat it in the microwave; those facilities were useful in my case! Thankfully, despite the cold outside, the heating was very good and I had no issue! The staff were polite and available! The bathroom was the weakest aspect of this experience; the toilet seat was not properly fastened and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

The cleaning needed more detail; the room should have been cleaned, not just used, otherwise it becomes a real danger.
