“Wonderful, Restful and Family Friendly”
It’s a relaxing place that’s close enough to both Franschhoek and Paarl for daytime excursions, and you can unwind with a hot tub and wine debrief in the evenings. The farm has animals that my 2‑year‑old loved, and there’s a river for play. It’s definitely family friendly.

The host was excellent and the location beautiful. When our car broke down, the host was very helpful and caring. The lake is great for fishing, and the place is very peaceful.
The place is super lovely, with mountains, nature, and great hospitality. The units feel like a cabin in the woods, and I could live there forever. You feel very well rested, each unit has a hot tub, a fireplace inside, and a braai outside; the stars were so bright, and I had the best time of my life there. There are also three nice dams for fishing.

We absolutely loved our stay! A small hiccup with the booking on my side was smoothed out by Tim and Nadine, who were kind and went the extra mile to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. The drive in is beautiful, and the property has four dams for fishing. It’s far enough from city life to relax properly, yet close to popular restaurants and wine farms. When we arrived, the owners greeted us with a bottle of wine, and everything was clean, beautiful, and ready to use. They even set up the wood‑fired hot tub for us, which was a lovely touch, and extra snacks were waiting. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The place has air‑con, provides everything you need, and you can buy more wood if required. The staff were super friendly, and so were the farm dogs! Honestly, everything was perfect. I would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
