I booked this motel but it was a complete disappointment. The room was filthy, with no clean areas at all. The air‑conditioner didn’t work. The owner was also very untrustworthy. I sent him several messages about the AC and the room condition, yet he never replied to texts or phone calls from start to finish. After checking in, I had to cancel the booking and request a refund, but the money never came back. Only the service compensated 20 % of the total amount. The owner ignored all attempts to contact him until the end. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The location and proximity to stops, the metro station, and restaurants make it a perfect place to stay. It has an amazing bathroom and access to both cold and hot water plus a microwave. I asked if I could receive packages there, and after several days I only got a simple “ok.” When we arrived, the room wasn’t 100 % clean and lacked the necessary items for our stay. For instance, the TV remote had no batteries, and while cleaning was supposedly our responsibility, they didn’t even provide the tools for it. It would help if they left the cleaning supplies so guests could tidy up without hassle.
