Finding the hotel was easy with a bit of help from Simona, who checked me in, showed me around, welcomed me warmly, and even let me in early. She also helped when the Wi‑Fi and fridge wouldn’t turn on, staying a huge help throughout my stay. The location felt a little unsafe, but I had no problems; the property itself felt secure with plenty of security to access the room.

We had no positive aspects. Unfortunately we couldn’t even use the booked stay because the way we were treated at check‑in was unacceptable. We had confirmed with the owner a specific arrival time of 15:00 and made it clear that punctuality mattered since we had to return the rental car by 16:00. Yet when we arrived at the address, no one was there to hand us the keys. We waited over an hour with luggage in front of the building, then had to cancel and go to the car rental office. Only after several hours did we receive an explanation that the person responsible that day had been delayed by a sudden family health issue. We understand that unforeseen events happen, but it is hard to accept that explanation after an hour of waiting when the check‑in time was already set. Moreover, after reading earlier reviews we noticed that key‑handover problems had already been reported. This made it difficult to see our experience as a single, random incident. In the end we had to find and book another accommodation in Naples at the last minute with booking help. The surrounding area also made us feel unsafe – there were many homeless people and others whose behavior made us uncomfortable, especially when standing there for a long time with all our luggage. Looking back, we’re glad we found another place and didn’t stay four nights here. Given how we were treated, I can’t recommend this property and would even advise against it.

It was clean and bright, the breakfast at the downstairs bar was fine, and Simona was very attentive and always available. The lighting was a bit confusing, and the location was a shame – at night it felt a little scary. It’s close to the metro and bus station, but there are many people sleeping on the street who talk to you while you wait. If you’re traveling with a partner it might be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a single woman.

The apartment is a great distance from the port, public transport, and supermarkets, and everything else was perfect.

The room was very beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, a real place to relax; our host Simona was kind and helpful, and everything worked out wonderfully—thanks so much for everything. There was nothing that didn’t please us.
