The customer service was great; the workers are very friendly and accommodating.

We never even stayed the night at the guest home because the room felt creepy and the location was unsafe. We cancelled the booking and asked for a refund after spending less than 10 minutes there. The host was rude, unaccommodating, and refused to refund us since we never occupied the room, which I consider poor business practice. The guy who escorted us to the room was also creepy, as if he hadn’t showered. I didn’t feel safe in that space at all.
