When I warned the hotel director at Viva about filing a lawsuit, she replied that she remembered accurately: I had not left valuables in the “reception safe”… I didn’t even know such a thing existed. Every room has a safe; why would anyone use a reception safe? It seems the guarantees only cover the reception safe. During my stay at Viva I never opened the door to my room for staff or anyone else, and I never interacted with reception. I never even thought about leaving anything in the hotel safe, let alone at reception. I took all my belongings with me. Viva staff, sorry to disappoint you. I’m attaching screenshots of the director’s reply.

The bathroom was good. The hotel slippers, TV, and the electric kettle were not cleaned of limescale.

The bathroom condition was fine. The slippers, TV, and the kettle in the bathroom were loud and the mirror strip fell off (the glue dried).
