The common area and Malang were always attentive to our needs—thanks a lot. The quiet, pleasant area, comfortable beds, and appreciated air conditioning made it all good.

The free room upgrade to a better one was nice, the host was friendly but a bit shy, the shared spaces were good, and quick responses to messages helped with the taxi; the solar panels kept power on during outages, though there was a moisture issue in the room.

Great location and friendly staff.

The staff were nice. There was a common room to sit in and a kitchen. Sometimes there was no water in the pipes and sometimes no electricity. The door locks worked poorly. There was no name on the door, making it very hard to locate the place.
