The location was great, and the pool was nice. There was coffee and the lady was very kind. We stayed in a downstairs room and couldn’t sleep; the neighbor upstairs walked and knocked all night (the floor seems wooden and every step is heard). Request a room on the upper floor. Cleaning could be better; the floor was mediocre and the bed corners were dirty.

I love this place! It reminds me of the old “Scarface” hotel that’s gone and turned into a CVS, but it still has a nice pool, large AC rooms, a friendly front desk, and free bagels & coffee in the morning. Beautiful murals for photo ops and the parking isn’t bad; it’s in a good spot if you’re heading to the Dolphins stadium for a concert or football game, driving to South Beach, or need to get to the airport or Dolphin Mall for shopping. There are a couple of food options not far away, also by car. Nothing was missing for what I needed—comfort, clean, location, and price! Easy access to almost everywhere in Miami. It’s a safe area too.

We loved our stay. Everything was perfect—room, staff, pool, and the bagels offered in the morning. Highly recommend 100%.

Cleanliness, free parking, 24‑hour pool, coffee and cream‑cheese bagels every morning. The location is good value for money. Some residents seem to stay for weeks or months a year (after all it’s a motel) and it’s a bit marginal but peaceful; I felt safe.

The staff were very friendly, everything was spotless, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which could use a bit more variety.
