The room smelled like cigarettes, had mould and bugs, and the hallway looked like a horror‑movie set. The toilet was broken, there was no toilet paper, and the bedding was ripped. It was just scary.

There was nothing I liked about this property. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, the bed sheets seemed unwashed, and the toilet was very unhygienic with mold on the walls. It was quite disappointing and uncomfortable to stay there.
