A traditionally run house with a spa, roof terrace and a good restaurant. The staff are very enthusiastic under good leadership. In the restaurant they serve the “Höllenberg” grown within sight! The house sits on a slope and stretches across several buildings, making it a challenge for the elderly and infirm.

Breakfast is varied. The bathroom, especially the leaky shower cabin, needs renovation.

The property feels authentic, the food is okay, and breakfast is lovely! The modern area near the hotel feels a lot less cozy.

Having a private elevator access to the massive room was a nice touch, and the spa area was lovely. However, for vegans the seemingly abundant breakfast buffet was quite sparse – though that's just the norm around here and not a particular flaw of the hotel.
