The front desk worker was friendly and delivered requested items promptly, but the cleaning or air freshening products in the room were too strong, soaps, towels, and toilet paper were not restocked regularly, and the pillow was dirty.

I don’t remember breakfast because it had been long enough; I don’t think it was available here, or if it was, the choice was very limited, and I was just staying overnight to catch a rescheduled flight, but the outlets were messed up for charging my laptop—putting the laptop on the desk gave no convenient outlet, the outlets were near the bedside lamp, and they were controlled by the light switch by the door so turning the light off as you left meant your laptop didn’t charge.

We were really upset that the only scent in the room and hallways was marijuana. We were given the wrong time, and instead of a double queen connected to a single queen we received something else.

We booked this hotel without reading reviews. It was late, we urgently needed a room. The arrival began with barking, fear‑inducing dogs behind the reception! Then we noticed the strange guests in the lobby, the dirty parking lot, the beastly stench in the corridor. The room shocked us too: dirty towels, no duvet cover—apparently that’s normal according to reception? We didn’t want to touch anything, almost wanted to burn our clothes after staying. It continued with extremely loud people in the corridors and outside the window. The morning shift at reception seemed completely clueless… We never felt safe. Stay away from this place! We’d rather have ripped the $110. To the hotel: stop using automated responses to this review and refund us instead!

The location is good, but the cleaning of this apartment was one of the worst I’ve seen; the tub was greasy, the bathroom outlet and wall had blood drops, the shower curtain was brown from body oil and grime, strands of hair were on the bed cover—clearly it hadn’t been cleaned before we used it. Inside the air conditioner, it looked like someone vomited or spilled a drink; it reeks of mold. I didn’t understand why there were two huge, fierce dogs at the reception.
