“Anyway, I enjoyed my stay and can certainly recommend Venus Sapa Hostel!”

The hotel sits in the city center, far from noisy traffic, yet just a few minutes' walk to shops and restaurants. The room and bed were comfortable, and a locker with a supplied key was provided. Showering required a 15‑minute wait, but the water was nice and hot, and the air‑con worked fine. I found the regular bed linen too thick and warm for summer sleep, so I asked for a change and got better sheets; otherwise I wouldn’t have slept well. The linen seems better in winter. I wish there was a printed breakfast menu; a picture showed someone with a big plate of fruit, yet it wasn’t mentioned when ordering.

The place wasn’t clean and I had two bugs in my room, which is disappointing, and there are better options a bit further away.

I liked the toothbrushes, the staff were excellent, especially the morning girl whose name I forgot. Everything in the room was very old, the location was far and exhausting, and it was never clean.

The location is very good and the staff are helpful, but the internet didn’t work properly—only on the 3rd floor.

“Overall good stay”

The staff were very friendly, check‑in was easy, and many services could be arranged at the front desk. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the location great, and the vibe was chill. The shower stayed warm for the whole minute, even after I had left it on for 15 minutes beforehand.
