“Horrible”

Pets are free. Everything else was terrible. The staff, except for Norma and two housekeepers, were unbelievably rude. They cancelled my extra days without warning and then claimed their system put me on a do‑not‑rent list that only shows up after they scan your ID at check‑in, so if you’ve already paid you have to wait a week to get your refund.

The housekeepers, Hilda—hope I said her name right—and her sister were so sweet. I saw them working hard all the time, always asking if I needed anything or trash or towels. The room was so clean that I could actually take a bubble bath in the tub, and the beds, floors, and refrigerator were spotless. I’ll definitely come back, just wish there was a microwave.

“No fue de mi agrado.”

I forgot my wallet and the receptionist Gladys went to the room, found it, and kept it for me. It doesn’t feel like a hotel; the shower floor is very worn and looks dirty, and they only give you two pillows. I honestly think I’ve stayed in many other Motel 6s of better quality; this one was very ugly.

“Felt unsafe”

Nothing special. I checked out as soon as I checked in. The room was fairly decent for the price. I felt very unsafe. I saw a few homeless people on the property, and the cars parked and people around were very shady. The security guard was completely glued to the security cameras while checking in, which was really concerning.
