The 24‑hour reception was alert and responded promptly, and the airport shuttle was on time, but the lift lobby felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

The shuttle was well organized and clean, but the location was not the one I had booked on Booking, as if it were a different hotel; it was confusing.

The staff at this hotel were extremely courteous, but I felt that the price I paid for a one-night stay, which was Rs. 6000, was not justified by the experience.

While I enjoyed the breakfast, I wasn't too thrilled with the hotel's location, which seemed rather inconvenient.
