Convenient location, clean, easy check‑in/out. Shared toilet/bath, but it is not bad because there are not many rooms on one floor and most importantly it is clean.

The location was great and the host was very responsive online; we extended an extra night and the process was smooth. The shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned daily and there were cockroaches, plus the pillow felt unclean.

I decided to leave this place and move to another guest house even though I’d paid for two more nights. The noise in one room was terrible, and the landlord harassed me on the phone and in person after I asked for a room change, so I had to call the police. I got no refund. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a guesthouse in Thailand—after probably staying in 50 hotels and guesthouses there.
