“FATAL”
We paid double the room rate just to stay until 8 p.m. on the day of departure; they tried to evict us at noon and demanded an extra 40 € or 40 $ in cash, even though the night cost 30 € via Booking. They wouldn’t accept card payments, claiming it was an “extra service unrelated to the hotel.” I had to confront the hotel managers. The bellhop only knew how to ask for tips and would frown when I didn’t give one. They’re shameless thieves; I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The rooms were clean, but the rest of the hotel was filthy—just go up to the breakfast floor and you’ll see how much dust and filth they throw at you. Personal.
