“Very bad.”
The room was not cleaned, and I was told I had to request cleaning; there was no soap in the shower and the towels were not clean.
It was close to the venue and the service was good, but the elevator didn’t work and the place smelled like weed and mold.

Every staff member I met was great, they waived my incidental fee after I explained it had been misplaced or stolen and were very accommodating; the breakfast was also great with a wide variety of hot, pantry, and fresh choices. However, the curb appeal was terrifying, the grounds were poorly maintained and the building looked abandoned; inside, most areas appeared extremely worn down, with many dark hallways and doors that gave a “backrooms hotel” vibe. The pool, which was my main reason for booking, was freezing and I couldn’t get past my waist; the room itself was mediocre, the TV was very small, the shampoo bottle was detached from the wall while others stayed up, the bed felt old and uncomfortable, the blanket had many small holes letting feathers everywhere (including on our clothes), and the TV remote was missing its back and didn’t work. The place once seemed fine but it’s clearly not anymore.
