The stay was amazing, but the young lady at front desk needs some customer service training.

The location was great. Very quiet. I got there around 2:15 and I figured rooms were not going to be available but I tried. My kids and I went to eat and came back around 330 and the room was not available still. They were pleasant about it and apologized. It was a game that weekend so it was understandable. There was not any waffles or pancakes. I don't know if it was because it was a weekday and it is only available on the weekends but that had never happened to me before. It was very basic and not too many options
