The staff were friendly and customer‑oriented, the hotel was close to shops and services, and the beds were fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

The place was clean and straightforward.

Front‑desk staff were very helpful and let us check in early; the room was tidy and had enough tea and coffee for an overnight stay, so we were satisfied with our choice.

The late check‑in worked smoothly, clear instructions were given for the room and key, and the spot was easy to reach from the Tranzalpine train station, though the main road on one side made it a bit noisy.

The room was spacious and the location was great, but there wasn’t enough milk and the milk that was provided was from a small pod, which wasn’t very pleasant.
