“Son cálidos y muy buenas personas los que están ahí”
The staff are really friendly and helpful. I just want to find out how to get a refund for the $50.

Don't lock your key in your room because they'll charge you $5 to open your door, and there was nothing to like about the service. Everything.

There were roaches, a smoke detector hanging, still trash in the room, the bed frame was very dusty, the TV didn't work, and the ice machine was out of service.
