Very clean and elegant, I recommend it. It would be even better if it were a little cheaper.

The property wouldn’t accept credit cards and insisted on cash only, which was a bit annoying at check‑in, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room hot and humid.

The only positive was a single photo showing a tiny amenity. The hotel charged VAT twice, forced us to buy drinks, and the room was rundown with a foul smell; a window that should have looked onto a garden instead faced a wall, and odors from neighboring rooms drifted in. When we checked out an hour late we were hit with a charge of 50 % of the room rate.
