I’ve stayed a few times now; the rooftop restaurant has amazing views, especially at night, but the rooms are a little small and I’ve never gotten one on the ocean‑view side—perhaps those are only deluxe rooms or suites. The pod‑style bathrooms are a bit small, reminding me of a cruise ship.

“Good and worth the price!”

I was happy with the stay. 1. There is one universal plug in the room. 2. The buffet breakfast is standard with both Asian and Western styles. 3. I took a motorbike to Beach Nusa Dua to capture the sunrise because it is about 5km away. 4. The hotel staffs are friendly, especially the security guard helped to carry my luggage. 5. I like the hotel's stairs are open and wide. Thanks!. 1. I am not sure about the iron and ironing board because I didn't need them this time. 2. I would prefer if there is some or just little information sheet or pamphlet to introduce the nearest beach to the hotel

“Good enough for a base camp”

We upgraded to the suite and it was amazing; the cheaper rooms are aimed at students and backpackers, so the upgrade is worth it if you want comfort. The café next door and the Japanese restaurant on the roof have excellent menus and room service. However, when we called the restaurant at 9.33pm for a late dinner, we were told the kitchen closed at 9.30pm even though all adverts said the restaurant closed at 10pm; we asked for anything available and were told no, which was a shame.

“Amazing would recommend definitely coming back”

The place was very clean, the staff friendly, and the location great, but the breakfast options were limited.
