Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they even arranged breakfast for our dance competition families, but the only issue I had was trying to connect to the Wi‑Fi because my signal was not great.

Near all the beach locations, the tower, pubs and shops, the place was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding, and I had a lovely stay that I’ll definitely repeat; breakfast was fab with a variety of choices, the beds were very comfy, the cleaning lady was fab and knocked to see if we needed anything, and all the staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was no lift, but some nice people helped us up the stairs; they could add hand wash in the bathrooms, as there was no soap in the rooms and a lot of germs on the soap.
