There was a jacuzzi in the room and free breakfast, but the hotel is far from the airport and offers no shuttle despite “airport” in its name; they also held a deposit on my card, which feels disrespectful; the elevator is slow and loud and needs updating.

We had to stay there because our flight was cancelled and they booked us on the next day; the hotel was fine and did its job; we dined at a very good Indian restaurant in the area, which was within walking distance.

The location is good, but the reception staff were very rude and careless, clearly unqualified for customer service and showing little respect for guests; they shouted at me loudly when a problem arose in the bathroom, revealing overall poor customer service.
