The location, the disposition of the staff. There was a clogged drain that was later fixed.

Breakfast was very full, tasty, and varied. The location was very convenient and the rooms were a good size. The bathroom sink was in the room instead of the bathroom, which was odd. The exhaust fan didn’t work and the window wouldn’t open, so ventilation was an issue. We asked for it to be fixed and nothing was done. The minibar was also unplugged; we requested it be plugged in and they ignored us.
