“Coccolata - veramente ottima spa e servizio- ritorno senza dubbio!”

The staff were flawless—Matia greeted me on arrival, explained everything, answered every question, and offered a good coffee after my long trip. The hotel is in a quiet area with no disturbances, and we really had nothing missing. The only thing I’d suggest is putting the Wi‑Fi password in the rooms for those who need it for work; it wasn’t a big issue for me because I was fully relaxed.

“Bene a parte quel dosaggio del letto”

I slept on a bed that was against the wall, and the bathroom door was too close to the bidet. The room was labeled P9.

The place is spotless, reception is staffed 24/7, the team is kind and friendly, and they cleaned our room each morning.

“Very good stay at a close distance from Milan, Monza and obviously Bergamo.”

The hall furniture and breakfast quality were good, but the space around the bed was only 30‑40 cm on one side.
