I arrived to find no TV and no heating, which was disappointing.

The location is spot‑on, right in the middle of everything you need. The downside is that both lunch and dinner have gotten worse – the meals are now pretty disappointing. Still, being so close to the action makes up for the dip in food quality.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I liked. To snag a room with a TV I had to pay an extra fee, and the bedding felt a bit thin for the chilly climate. Also, the doors are regular wood ones, not glass, which felt a little outdated.
